Cancellation & Refund Policy
Payments
Cash, all major Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. Monies that remains outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 2% above the prevailing base rate on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement.
We reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future cash transactions only. Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order immediately (prior to it being shipped) please call us at 09529020222 or mail us at info@acharyachandrakant.com with your order id, order amount, product name. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
Refunds
If you have received a Wrong Defective product you can return it to get a replacement within 7 days of delivery, in case of Damaged/Missing Product, the Return request should be filed within 2 days of delivery.
Once cancelled or order returned, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days

How to return or exchange an item:
Please send us an email at info@acharyachandrakant.com before initiating the return. We recommend you to send via a reliable courier or Speed post with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Pack the product in a slim pack with bubble packing so that they are safe during transit.
Mention the Order Number/Delivery Address on the package, before sending the mail. Keep the Courier Company’s receipt for tracking purposes. Once the product is received by us, and it is verified against your claim replacement or refund will be initiated.
acharyachandrakant.com reserves the right to cancel the return request, in the event of fraudulent and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products. Under such conditions, the request will not be entertained.
Note:
Cancellation process will only be initiated on receipt of damaged good. It might take us 7-10 days to initiate the refund after proper checking.
